With the goal of gaining credibility as the go-to real estate company in the Triad area as her business grows, North Carolina Realtor and Broker Samantha Dilmore wanted to strategically rebrand her brand to The Club Real Estate Co. so it was positioned to grow alongside her growing team. This included full custom branding and a Squarespace website build that has the IDX home searching tool, instant valuation tool, and links to her eXp site directly on it, making for a fully branded and seamless process for The Club’s clients!

BEHIND THE DESIGN
The window in the primary logo represents The Club Real Estate Co.’s transparency throughout the buying/selling process and providing clients with clarity. For the logo fonts, an uppercase high-contrast serif font gives a bold, luxurious, and empowering vibe. The handwritten script font of “real estate co.” brings in that warm, inviting feeling. All the elements work together to create a both elevated and cozy vibe throughout the branding.
Although Squarespace isn’t typically a real estate website builder with IDX built in, I was able to embed IDX features throughout The Club’s site. And creating this custom real estate website design on Squarespace allowed me to combine Squarespace’s design capabilities with the functionality of IDX, giving the website the best of both worlds in terms of aesthetics and usability!
